The Foundations is a strategic style assessment designed to help you understand what feels recognisably you, what no longer does, and how your wardrobe can better support the person you are becoming because first impressions are so important.

We’ll look at your lifestyle, ambitions, style personality, proportions, measurements, colour direction and the moments you actually need to dress for. Together, we’ll identify the visual codes, inspiration, silhouettes and references that can become the building blocks of your signature style.

The aim is to replace guesswork with clarity, so future shopping, wardrobe edits and outfit building all have a clear direction.

01. BEFORE THE SESSION
Before we meet, you’ll complete a brief questionnaire and share a few images of recent outfits that you enjoy, alongside references and inspiration. I’ll review everything in advance.

02. DURING THE SESSION
Together, in-person at my home studio in central London (with some complementary refreshments!), we’ll unpack your goals, style archetypes, lifestyle, proportions and the moments you need to dress for. We’ll define what should stay recognisably you and the visual codes that can move your style forward. We start mapping your current style against where you want to go.

I’ll take measurements and assess proportion, shape and fit. This is an opportunity to help us understand the silhouettes that work best for the visual effects you want to create with your outfits and style.

We’ll also do a full colour analysis session (already included within this session, but also offered as a standalone service called The Technique) to understand your core colour direction and how certain tones interact with your natural colouring, so colour becomes part of your key styling considerations rather than an afterthought.

03. AFTER THE SESSION
Afterwards, I’ll translate the session into your personalised Style Blueprint: your signature style direction, key silhouettes, colour palette, references, wardrobe priorities and clear next steps.
